This role requires strong skill sets in conceptualising and creating engaging and on-brand video and social media content that elevate our brand's voice and presence across web and social platforms.
With your expertise in multi-format content creation, including video production and editing, you strive to create best-in-class content for various platforms and stay current with influencer marketing and social media trends to drive continuous improvement. You also lead social media video productions from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
As a core member of the Group Corporate Communications team, you are committed to safeguarding and enhancing the Group’s reputation by crafting and delivering compelling stories that inform and inspire a broad audience of stakeholders.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Produce effective and compelling short-form videos, infographic posts, blog articles, and other digital content.
Ideate, capture and produce content optimised for various platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and the corporate website.
Lead video production efforts of the team, ensure a robust pipeline of video content for the Group working with partners and other storytellers in the team.
Identify and pursue external partnerships/collaborations to increase positive exposure for the Group.
Co-lead the day-to-day running of the Group social media accounts, including content calendars, monitoring and conducting regular analysis of channels.
Work with colleagues and partners to create, manage and execute digital campaigns across social media and the corporate website.
Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape to proactively share insights, best practices, and new content ideas.
Develop regular reports on digital content and performance.
Other duties may be assigned.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Media, Film Production or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in social media strategy and management, digital marketing, or a content-focused role.
Experience working in a video production, digital or social media agency.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with knowledge of graphic design, animation and visual communication.
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication.
Strong copywriting and creative storytelling skills across short-form and visual-first formats.
Proficient in key Adobe software, Canva, Capcut or similar tools, and Generative AI tools.
Results-oriented, able to make data-informed decisions.
Strong project management and organisation skills.
Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
