Your role is essential in ensuring a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment — ideal for those passionate about healthcare and operating theatre support.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the theatre

• Prepare the Operating Room — set up equipment, supplies, and maintain a clean, organized environment

• Manage Equipment — check and maintain functionality of suction machines, diathermy units, and operating lights

• Assist in Patient Care — support patient transfer, positioning, and provide basic care under supervision

• Infection Control — adhere strictly to hospital protocols and ensure proper cleaning and waste disposal

• Inventory Management — track and maintain surgical positioning aids and accessories

Job Requirements

• Minimum: NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification
