· Escalated incident resolution: Act as a point of contact for complex issues passed from L1 support, which may include performance problems or software bugs.
· Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems that are more complex than basic end-user issues.
· Performance monitoring: Monitor applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and proactively address potential issues.
· System maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks, deploy updates, and work with other teams like developers and L3 support.
· 24/7 support: Be available for on-call support, which can include nights, weekends, and public holidays, to maintain business continuity.
· If you have strong hands-on experience in SQL and Linux and are willing to work in a rotating shift schedule, we would love to hear from you.
· Location: Changi Business Park
· Work Arrangement: 5 day work week, rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
· Shift Schedule:
- Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
- General shift: 9am to 6pm
- Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
- Night shift: 10pm to 7am
