Job Description
Assist to answer phone calls and take messages.
To prepare drinks for guests attending meetings.
To open the mailbox daily in the afternoon.
Perform general administrative duties like counter duties, filing and documentation
Maintaining proper filing of documents
Checking & Booking of Air Ticket
Managing Daily calendar & schedules of meeting room
Assist on maintenance issue
Keep track and place order of office supplies, stationery & drinks
Supporting the Sales & Account department with other administrative tasks as and when required
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
