What You Will Do
Perform polishing, blending and general inspection
Set-up and operate Shot Peen and Media Finish
Read and follow established procedures and work instructions.
Able to interpret basic blueprint if required.
Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures.
Maintain day-to-day 6S Lean activities to create a safe work environment.
Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes.
Participate in the EH&S programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Comply with the Code of Ethics and International Trade Compliance.
Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications You Must Have
Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Precision/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2 years’ experience in manual deburring /blending and general inspection skills and knowledge.
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate the tools and equipment.
Willing to work on permanent Shift and overtime on needs basis.
Qualifications We Prefer
Relevant experience in shot peening, Manual deburring/blending is a plus.
Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus
