Summary

We are looking for an IT engineer to join the team in supporting Windows environment and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Deployment of Windows/Linux OS
Provide support for user’s hardware/software/peripheral/Video Conferencing for both on premise and remote
Troubleshoot and support of LAN/WAN/WIFI
Manage IT Assets
Create and maintain IT documents
Assist in IT backend infrastructure when necessary

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in IT/ICT/Cybersecurity
Training provided
Knowledge in Windows
Knowledge of networking concepts
Knowledge in Linux is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently when required
CCNA/CCNP will be value added
