We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Key Account Manager to support and expand strategic relationships within the Life Sciences sector in the APAC region. In this role, you will take ownership of key client accounts, understand their operational and scientific needs, and ensure our logistics and service solutions deliver exceptional value. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen engagement, and support long-term partnerships.
Tasks:
Manage and grow strategic accounts within the life sciences market (biotech, pharma, research institutions, etc.)
Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring outstanding service experiences and customer satisfaction
Identify and execute business development opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
Develop and implement account plans, revenue strategies, and quarterly business reviews
Collaborate effectively across a global, multi-national matrix organization
Coordinate with internal teams in Sales, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Product to support customer requirements
Stay up to date on industry trends, customer logistics needs, and competitive offerings
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and performance reports
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Life Sciences, or a related field
5+ years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry and proven experience in Account Management and CEP sales for the Life Sciences industry
Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
Confident working within a global and multi-national matrix organization, with the ability to influence across teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of team spirit and collaborative mindset
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in (English and local language(s), knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus
Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain delivery models is an advantage
Comfortable with frequent regional or domestic travel on short notice
Applicants must possess a valid residence and work permit in Singapore
