Requirements:
Supervise production planning activities with focus on customer order fulfilment, on-time delivery and related logistics support
Study and reduce process cycle time
Manage customers’ expectations by clearly communicating team's commitment to customer and providing prompt updates to customers
Proactively attend to customer’s request/feedbacks and challenges in a professional manner
Monitor orders on regular basis and assist in forecasting for Planners through regular meetings
Obtain and share customers’ feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve product and service
Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Manage the operational sales activities through Outstanding Order Report with customers
Perform any other related tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge in production planning and experience in MRP system will have an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Able to stay calm, work well under pressure and manage feedback
Has initiative, is organized and able to meet delivery schedule
Education
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering / or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry
