About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving performance marketing strategies, scaling campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI across multiple channels.
Scope & Responsibilities
Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Manage full-funnel performance marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio; generate actionable insights and reports.
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, nurturing, and retention goals.
Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and continuously A/B test subject lines, content, and send times.
Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and emerging trends in digital advertising and CRM.
Manage advertising budgets and pacing to ensure cost-efficiency and performance targets are met.
Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Support other Regional marketing projects as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Minimum years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
Experience with performance marketing in lead generation, or B2C sectors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to support bilingual campaigns and cross-market collaboration).
Bonus Points
Experience with TikTok Ads, XHS Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
