Senior/Supply Chain Management Engineer - #1123802

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient internal logistics systems to support complex mechatronics and semiconductor integration workflows and complex sheet metal manufacturing workflows

• Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and reduce excess inventory

• Develop and refine logistics value streams mapping (from Suppliers till receiving end etc), including receiving, warehousing, material kitting, and line-side delivery

• Plan and optimize warehouse and production floor layouts for efficient storage and material movement

• Collaborate with production teams to align logistics workflows with ERP systems for real-time material tracking

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across logistics-related transactions and reports

• Develop standard operating procedures for material handling and transport within the facility

• Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to understand material needs and support new product introductions

• Participate in cross-functional teams for lean initiatives and cost reduction projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or high-tech logistics environment; semiconductor or mechatronics background preferred

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse management, and material handling systems

• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI)

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
