We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Structural) to lead and manage our structural works across multiple industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution from foundation to superstructure, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with design and regulatory requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all structural construction activities on-site.

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review structural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.

• Manage work schedules, manpower allocation, and materials to meet project milestones.

• Enforce site safety, quality control, and proper documentation of all works.

• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.

• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings with clients and project stakeholders.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural construction management (industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in reading structural drawings and using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD).

• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
