Our client is a leading precision engineering solutions provider with a strong regional presence, delivering advanced manufacturing components and tailored engineering solutions. Their services include tool & die design, metal stamping, plastic injection molding, precision machining, and mechanical assembly, supporting clients across automotive, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics industries.

As part of the growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business expansion and strengthen partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, and prospecting activities.

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and proposing effective technical solutions.

  • Lead proposal preparation, presentations, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations.

  • Monitor customer purchasing trends to forecast demand and support resource planning.

  • Gather market and competitor insights to develop winning business strategies.

  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service, providing technical support and value-added recommendations.

  • Manage billing, revenue, and receivables collection to ensure healthy cash flow.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Precision or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the precision engineering or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of metal stamping, tool making, and machining processes.

  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
