Security Manager (Logistics Firm) - #1123608

Our client, a leading U.S.-based multinational corporation, is seeking a Security Manager to join their dynamic team.

• Design and execute a regional security strategy aimed at minimizing fraudulent activity and financial losses, while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees across operations and the logistics network.

• Launch and manage investigations derived from trend analysis, internal data, and intelligence gathered from various information sources.

• Perform comprehensive security assessments and inspections to identify potential risks, weak points, or noncompliance with corporate standards and procedures.

• Partner with field operations to create and implement targeted action plans that strengthen compliance, improve operational controls, and reinforce established safety and security protocols.

• Prepare and distribute detailed security summaries, analytics, and updates to keep regional leadership informed about key loss prevention programs and ongoing security initiatives.

• Support the planning, design, and deployment of security technologies and infrastructure for both new and existing sites.

• Build and sustain collaborative, in-person relationships with operations, human resources, and — when applicable — customer teams within the assigned region.

• Work closely with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, external vendors, regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and client representatives to align and coordinate all security and investigative efforts.

Requirement

• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years within the security or loss prevention industry.

• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including both scheduled and unscheduled overtime, with potential weekend assignments and travel requirements.
