Maintenance Engineer (Injection Molding/CMMS) - #1123597

# Maintaining high equipment availability across Metal Injection Molding (MIM) operations.

# Experience with CMMS, Python scripting, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.

• Implement condition-based monitoring using sensors (vibration, temperature, pressure, etc.).

• Assist in deploying machine learning algorithms in collaboration with the data analytics team.

• Work closely with IT/Digital/Automation teams to integrate sensor and equipment data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and real-time dashboards.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records and prepare for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities; able to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control logic diagrams.

• Experience with CMMS, Python scripting, or Industrial IoT (IIoT) integration.
