14 days of Annual leave!

Operation hours: 11 am – 10 pm (Roster based), 6 off days

1-2 staff meal per day

Singaporeans only

·       Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in the kitchen.

·       Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.

·       Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs to budget as set by Management.

·       Recruit, supervises kitchen staff, schedule staff accordingly to operational needs.

·       Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes and portions serving correctly.

·       Motivate and coach staff to perform better in their respective roles.

·       Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.

·       Perform administrative duties.

·       Support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Owners.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of French/western food experience

• Singaporeans only
