Customer Service Executive (Air Freight Export) (5 Vacancies) - #1123563

Our client, a MNC in the freight forwarding industry is looking for 5 x Customer Service Executive (Air Import or Export) to join them!

Job Scope

• Consistently deliver exceptional, dependable service through direct interaction with customers.

• Ensure flight details are shared with clients within one hour of booking confirmation.

• Verify the accuracy and compliance of export documentation during work order processing.

• Promptly apply for appropriate export permits and complete customs procedures within required timeframes.

• Respond to all incoming phone calls within three rings without exception.

• Closely track shipment status and proactively notify customers of any issues or delays.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with all relevant departments, including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.

• Regularly confirm the accuracy and validity of airfreight rates applied.

• Stay informed and up to date on any new airline or government regulations and procedural updates.

• Guarantee timely submission of monthly customer reports without delays.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a similar industry or related field.

• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software.

Location : Alps Ave

Working Days: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm Alt Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm

Executive Level - Up to $3800
