Requirements:
Must be fluent in conversational and written English & Burmese (to communicate with customers and colleagues based in Myanmar)
Must have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, etc, online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc) and social media (eg. Facebook)
Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residence
Must be able to perform simple editing using Adobe software
Must enjoy communicating with people from different background
Must have good working attitude with willingness to learn
Must be well organized and enjoy paying attention to details
Must have the ability to think strategically and work independently
Must be proactive and meticulous
Must be able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Work Duties:
Assist with office administrative and operational matters
Handle enquires from job seekers through various channels (eg. phone call, WhatsApp and Facebook, etc.)
Arrange and conduct interviews
Communicating with foreign workers to arrange various tasks to be done, translating and ensure arrangements are followed
Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure complianc
Process various work pass applications for selected candidates
Liaise with third parties to to arrange transport, medical, etc.
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
