Finance Executive (Contract: 1 year) Immediate Hiring
Location: Paya Lebar

Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday

Attire: Corporate office wear

Salary: $3,400 – $3,900 per month

Contract Length: 1 year - renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping

• Process vendor invoices, staff claims, payments, and purchase orders with accuracy and compliance

• Verify supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Prepare journal entries and support the month-end closing process

• Reporting & Reconciliation, assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review

• Maintain organised and accurate financial records for audit and compliance purposes

• Administrative & Operational Support

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records, both hardcopy and digital

• Provide data entry support and assist with preparation of internal and external audit schedules

• Support the finance team on ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and administrative duties

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with the following:

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts administration

• Good understanding of financial processes, bookkeeping principles, and reporting standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero) will be an advantage

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• A proactive, meticulous, and reliable team player who can work independently
