Job Scope

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring for up to 350 headcounts.

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with local regulations.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

• Prepare and facilitate employment contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Support performance appraisal, confirmation, and promotion exercises.

• Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee training programs.

• Ensure all HR operations comply with Singapore’s MOM regulations.

• Administer employee insurance matters, including medical and work injury coverage.

• Manage staff benefits, leave, and attendance, and handle the full spectrum of payroll processes.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.

• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience.

• Good understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
