Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily production operations, ensuring tasks are properly staffed and carried out under standardized procedures.

• Verify material receipt and quantities, update ERP systems accurately, and ensure correct setup of machines and equipment.

• Monitor operator performance, ensuring adherence to work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.

• Review operator records, ensure output accuracy, and issue Delivery Orders for parts sent to subcontractors.

• Identify and address quality concerns, including pausing production if serious issues arise, and escalate to the Section Manager when necessary.

• Participate in quality audits, investigate defective products, and support continuous improvement in process control.

• Promote a safe and compliant work environment, including EHS awareness, risk assessment, and accident prevention initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and machinery operations.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented approach.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and manufacturing processes.

• Well-versed in safety protocols, risk assessment, and experienced in conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
