  As a Senior Mechanical Engineer (LTA Projects), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical works (ACMV, fire protection, ducting)

• Manage LTA project site coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure compliance with design requirements, quality, and safety standards.

• Prepare and submit shop drawings, reports, and claims.

• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and defect rectifications.

• Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and support project closure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5–8 years’ experience in mechanical projects.

• Strong background in managing LTA projects.
