Job Scope

• Organisational Design & Change: Analyse structures and business models to identify improvement opportunities. Design and implement OD strategies, communication, and change support plans.

• Performance Management: Localise the HQ framework, define objectives and standards, and manage performance cycles ensuring fairness and alignment.

• Incentives & Rewards: Develop local bonus and incentive programs aligned with global principles and local market realities.

• Career & Talent: Adapt job-grade structures and promotion criteria; coordinate promotion cycles and talent reviews with clear processes and templates.

• Training & Development: Build a local training plan integrating HQ resources, design programs, and assess learning effectiveness.

• Policy Governance: Maintain local HR/OD policies, SOPs, and process maps; ensure compliance and alignment with global standards.
  

Requirement

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent

• 4 - 6 years related experience in relevant position / OD, HR strategy, or related functions.

• IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is an advantage
