What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, contracts, and invoices
Providing administrative support for the procurement of materials and equipment
Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and filing documents
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work tasks
