IT Infrastructure Engineer

• 12 months contract

• Work location: Changi

Responsibilities:

IT & OT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the management and refresh of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, data lakes, data marts, and critical OT systems.

• Ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and scalability of IT and OT environments to support production, engineering, and business functions.

• Implement and optimize Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions and OT platforms to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

IT & OT Service Management & Continuous Improvement

• Oversee IT service management (ITSM) and OT service optimization, ensuring minimal downtime and high operational efficiency.

• Continuously monitor and enhance IT and OT system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues to support uninterrupted business operations.

• Drive automation, AI-driven analytics, and digitalization of IT and OT processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

• Hands-on experience in managing networks, servers, storage systems.
