Warehouse Supervisor - #1123385

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including local and international deliveries, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to achieve timely and accurate deliveries.

• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy through systematic stock management and proper documentation.

• Generate and present operational reports to support management decisions and performance tracking.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and company policies.

• Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and productivity.

• Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and warehouse performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.

• Proven experience working in in-house brand environments will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, team management.

• Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, or similar).

• Experience with omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing is preferred.

• Able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and process improvement.

Additional Information:

• Location: Kaki Bukit Avenue

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm); Alternate Saturdays (9:00am to 1:00pm)

• Salary: Up to $3,500 + Annual Performance Bonus + AWS
