What You’ll Do

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow.

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

• Support in planning staff rosters, conducting training, and coaching team members on service standards and product knowledge.

• Demonstrate strong leadership on the floor and act as a positive role model to the team.

• Maintain good public relations and uphold the restaurant’s professional image.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Possess excellent upselling skills to help achieve monthly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant (bonus if it’s French or Italian cuisine!).

• Great communicator who speaks English fluently.

• Can handle weekends, public holidays and a bustling dinner rush!

• A team player with good vibes and a passion for hospitality.
