We’re Hiring: Restaurant Management Trainee!

What You’ll Do
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Support in planning staff rosters, conducting training, and coaching team members on service standards and product knowledge.
Demonstrate strong leadership on the floor and act as a positive role model to the team.
Maintain good public relations and uphold the restaurant’s professional image.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities as assigned.
Possess excellent upselling skills to help achieve monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant (bonus if it’s French or Italian cuisine!).
Great communicator who speaks English fluently.
Can handle weekends, public holidays and a bustling dinner rush!
A team player with good vibes and a passion for hospitality.
