Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to commercial, production, and R&D teams, including troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Perform failure analysis, benchmark testing, and both destructive and non-destructive material or product tests.
- Assist in developing new analytical methods and standardizing testing procedures in collaboration with R&D.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; manage inventory and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support and maintain ISO 17025 Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, including SOPs and reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer preferred
- Strong knowledge of polymers and plastics; familiarity with injection molding technology is a plus
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as FT-IR, SEM, DSC, and TGA is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) is an advantage
