Job Function
Generate shipment documents.
Ensure completeness of shipping documents.
Daily export shipments coordination between internal staff and appointed freight forwarding company.
Arrangement of cargo deliveries and collections.
Shipping documents, filling, and archiving.
Any other related projects/duties which are not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Education and Experiences
Secondary qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
GCE ‘O’ Level/ITE or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Able to work overtime if required.
