Project Manager - Process Systems - #1123296

Duties to Perform:

We are looking for a Process Design Engineer - Gas / Environmental / Ultra Pure Water / Chemical Systems with the following responsibilities,

- Responsible for concept and detail design for Process Facility systems for entire courses for projects (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).

- Capability of interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.

- Ensuring that all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.

- Tendering process (e.g. Technical and Commercial bid evaluation).

- Time and schedule management.

-  Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).

- Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.

- Review of all the bench mark data’s, scope and design change and contract variation aspects.

- Support project manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.

- Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.

- Support CSA & M&E team for the design including CAD team and project effectively & efficiently.

- Involved in the Commissioning of Systems and develop the documentation with the sub-contractors.

- Consolidate and upkeep in-house engineering Standards.

- Able to work independently.

- You should able to relocate and work in overseas, including Malaysia.
