Job description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets through market research, cold calls and tendering.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and execution of catering events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Support new product launches
- Track sales performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with operations and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely completeness of catering orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirement
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales role or similar
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude & Team oriented.
- Competency in computers, Microsoft office
