This role is crucial in managing the team, overseeing daily operations, driving growth and market strategies to achieve business goals.
Job scope and responsibilities:
-Able to research and identify opportunities for new market, growths, or trends.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
-Establish and maintain strong relationship and communication with key stakeholders which includes, clients, partners.
-Coordinate with logistics, supply chain and procurement activities for global operations.
-Able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansions.
-Represent company for any networking events such as meetings, events, conferences to promote our products and services.
-Able to negotiate and deal with potential clients and business partners.
-Create comprehensive proposals and presentations to pitch business ideals to prospects.
-Work closely with team to align business development strategies and company goals.
-Analyse financial report or market data to make informed decisions and forecasting.
-Track and report business development activities to upper management.
-Manage various administrative duties for daily operations.
Requirements:
-Experienced in business development, sales, or related role within similar industry
-Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
-1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management \
-Strong communication skills
-Strong management and organizational skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Self-motivated with ability to be independent
-Ability to identify and solve problems and challenges in the business
