Job Summary

• 6 months contract with the option to extend another 6 months

• Salary: $3000 - $4500 (excluding handphone allowance of $30/month)

• Working Hours: 8am to 6pm

• Location: East

• Dress code: Office attire (smart casual if not running courses)

What you'll do

1. Pre-Course Management

• Assist with course applications

• Assist with handling enquiries and documentation

• Coordinate visa applications and travel arrangements

• Assist in preparing course materials and learning resources

• Assist in arrangement of instructors’ admin and travel

2. Course Operations

• Manage daily course operations and logistics

• Handle classroom setup and technical requirements

• Provide on-site support during course delivery

• Manage participant attendance and participation records

3. Post-Course Administration

• Assist in processing course evaluations and feedback

• Assist in Issuance of certificates and course completion documents

• Maintain participant database and records

• Assist with instructor claims and honorarium payments

4. Instructor and Participant Support

• Serve as a point of contact for international and/or local course participants

• Coordinate accommodation and local transport arrangements

• Handle special requests and requirements

• Provide information about local amenities and arrangements

5. Support Administrative and Financial Processing

• Overall scheduling of courses and instructors’ agreements

• Tracking and reconciling school-related expenses

• Processing payments and claims

• Maintaining financial documentation and records

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders on finance and admin matters
  

Requirement

• Min Diploma or equivalent

• Outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with international adult participants

• Comfortable with ground coordination and handling paperwork
