Job Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end procurement operations in accordance with the company’s Procurement Policies and Procedures, including purchase order (PO) issuance and invoice matching.
Verify product deliveries against issued POs and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
Manage procurement quotations, review and negotiate vendor pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules to meet project and customer requirements.
Support RFQ inquiries from the project team.
Build strong, value-added relationships with vendors and cross-functional departments.
Assist in new vendor registration and annual vendor evaluations.
Global Supply Chain Enhancement: Strengthen overseas supply chains through data-driven processes, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and digital system implementations.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required
Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
Relevant working experience with a good understanding of material costing and Bills of Quantity (BQ).
Strong analytical, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
A strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with various departments, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks based on company needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and internal customers.
Keen attention to detail with a careful and precise approach to work.
Effective team player with integrity and a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
