Location: Greenwich (Near Hougang)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

• Option 1: Permanent Night Shift (8:30pm – 5:30am) — +$15/day Shift Allowance

• Option 2: Rotating Shifts (8:30am – 5:30pm / 8:30pm – 5:30am)
  Salary: $2,300 – $2,800/month (excluding OT & shift allowance)
  Additional Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify shipping and logistics documents

• Check and confirm customer shipping requirements and delivery modes

• Ensure sales orders and billing are issued accurately and promptly in the ERP system

• Update and maintain records in Excel, ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team

• Match packing documents with the Shipment Management System (SMS)

• Perform ERP transactions such as Purchase Requests, Receipts, and Stock Transfers

• Conduct weekly and monthly cycle count validations and update results in the ERP system

• Communicate with customers via Email, Microsoft Teams, and phone to meet delivery requirements

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

• Handle ad-hoc administrative or logistics tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
