• Working hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm

Our Client

The company provides material handling solutions, offering sales, rental, and service of forklifts and heavy-duty equipment to optimize productivity for industrial and logistics sectors.

They are seeking passionate individuals to join their sales team as Sales Coordinator. The role involves coordinating technician schedules, arranging deliveries, liaising with transporters, and resolving system issues with IT vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue POs and sales invoices; match PO/DO/invoices

• Compile and email job cards, quotations, and customer POs with invoices

• Update stock records and coordinate with IT vendor for system issues

• Manage technician schedules, arrange deliveries, and liaise with transporters

• Handle calls, filing, and other ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

• Min Nitec or Diploma in any field of studies

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply too, as On-Job training will be provided

• Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of SAP system

• Proficient in spoken Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and ensure seamless communication
