Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ordering materials, tools, equipment and services.

• Source and evaluate new suppliers through various platforms for new products.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing.

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and delivery status.

• Liaise with customers on outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.

• Prepare monthly sales reports and update invoice numbers in payment transactions.

• Compile and submit monthly expense reports.

• Serve as project Quantity Surveyor, including cost estimation and documentation.

• Prepare quotations for new projects.

• Submit progress claims and follow up on related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
