About the role

Apotheca, a leading pharmaceutical and medical devices marketing company, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Executive to join our West Region team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and operations adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines within the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Staying up-to-date with changes in pharmaceutical and medical device regulations, both locally and globally

  2. Reviewing and preparing regulatory submissions, including product registrations, marketing authorisations, and compliance reports

  3. Liaising with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to ensure timely approval and registration of our products

  4. Providing expert guidance and support to the sales, marketing, and product development teams on regulatory requirements

  5. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain regulatory compliance across the organisation

  6. Monitoring and reporting on the regulatory landscape, identifying potential risks and opportunities

  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of regulatory considerations into business initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a regulatory role within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry

  2. Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices

  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders

  5. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and competing priorities

  6. Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, life sciences, or regulatory affairs

  7. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
