Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop, produce, and edit original TikTok content that effectively represents Beureka’s brand voice and objectives.

• Manage and maintain the TikTok content calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and strategic content delivery.

• Monitor emerging TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to keep content relevant, innovative, and engaging.

• Serve as an on-camera representative of Beureka when appropriate, fostering authentic engagement with the audience.

• Proactively interact with the Beureka community, particularly on Telegram, by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and cultivating strong relationships.

Livestream & Backend Support

• Manage backend operations, including livestream support, product listings, and other content updates.

• Collaborate with the team on creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives.

• Support the team on performance tracking and provide actionable insights to optimize future content.

• Support the team on acquisition, selection, and engagement of TikTok Live streamers.

• Support the planning and coordination of livestream calendars, ensuring smooth and effective execution of all sessions.

• Contribute innovative ideas for social-first campaigns that align with local audiences and emerging trends.

Requirements

• This role includes weekly live stream involvement on platforms like TikTok. As such, flexibility in working hours is required to support evening or campaign-related streaming activities.

• Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle brands.

• Prior experience in content creation, with proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut and Canva, will be considered an advantage.

• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn

• Creative mindset with the ability to ideate fun and impactful campaign concepts.

• Self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
