Our in-house team of strategists, marketers, and content creators work end-to-end — from strategy and creative direction to production and campaign execution — crafting content that drives real business results.
We’re now seeking a Creative Manager to lead our creative department, drive campaign ideation, and elevate the creative quality across all clients and projects — ensuring every output not only looks great but performs.
Role Overview
As Creative Manager, you’ll lead the creative vision and execution across campaigns, videos, and social media content. You’ll oversee a team of designers, content creators, and editors — ensuring that every piece aligns with brand strategy, tone, and performance goals.
You’ll bridge creative storytelling and data-driven marketing, guiding ideas from concept to delivery while maintaining creative excellence, consistency, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
Oversee concept development, storytelling, visual design, and production direction.
Mentor designers, editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
Review, refine, and approve all creative materials before client presentation or publishing.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to ensure ideas drive measurable outcomes.
Conceptualize and direct campaign visuals, scripts, and content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Oversee pre-production to post-production — ensuring smooth workflows and quality output.
Maintain creative SOPs, asset libraries, and timelines to streamline productivity.
Lead creative presentations or client-facing discussions when required.
Continuously raise the creative bar through new ideas, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Stay ahead of social trends, creator formats, and new creative technologies (AI tools, automation, etc.).
Champion creative experimentation — test, iterate, and scale what works.
Ensure creative consistency across all brands under the 1103 Studios portfolio.
Qualifications
4–7 years’ experience in creative direction, video production, branding, or agency-based content leadership.
Proven experience managing end-to-end video production — concept, scripting, shoot direction, editing.
Strong understanding of social-first formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and digital storytelling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Comfortable leading shoots, managing creatives, and collaborating closely with marketing teams.
