Role Summary:

Overseeing project delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, quality, and safety standards. Coordinates with stakeholders, resolves technical issues, reviews documentation, and supports risk management and tender submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with contractual terms, financial limits, quality standards, schedules, and safety regulations

• Participate in initial project briefings, regular progress updates, and internal coordination sessions

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, government agencies, and subcontractors to address technical concerns and maintain effective communication

• Verify and resolve any inconsistencies in technical drawings through consultant clarification before starting site activities

• Confirm that all materials used meet specified requirements, are properly documented, and receive formal approval

• Draft and evaluate project documentation, including timelines and progress updates

• Contribute to safety planning and hazard identification efforts in line with workplace safety practices

• Support the development of technical content for occasional tender submissions

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project or Construction Manager, preferably with background in interior design.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction, or related field required.

• Brings along A&A conservation Interior Design experience.
