We supply Rental, Sales, Service, Training and Spare Part for Telescopic Boom Lift, Articulating Boom Lift, Electric Boom Lift, Diesel Boom Lift, Electric Scissor Lift, Hydraulic Scissor Lift, Rough Terrain Scissor Lift and Vertical Lift. Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting Forklift Sales Manager in our Singapore branch.


About the Role

As a Forklift Sales Manager at Schmetterling Group Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in driving our sales, rental, and marketing initiatives for Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) services, including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Forklifts, and more. This role combines strategic sales management, customer relationship development, and market growth execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Present and promote MEWP products and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.

  • Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to the sales and marketing process.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

  • Knowledge of industrial equipment will be an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the equipment rental or industrial machinery industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, strategies, and techniques.

  • A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a consistent record of meeting sales goals.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm  
Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
