Urgent !!! E-Commerce Inventory/Supplier Executive - #1122916

Highlights:

• 5 days work week

Responsibilities

• Handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales.

• Report to the Business Development Manager of Business Unit Division and will be responsible for the following activities.

• Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.

• Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products

• Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.

• Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.

• Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.

• Maintenance or update product master database.

• Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.

• Collect statistics and generate reports.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree preferably in Business / Supply-chain/ Data-analytics or related.

• With B2B industrial sales experience.

• Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management

• Possess high energy and result oriented.

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Good time management skills and team player

• Competency in MS Office skills is required.
