Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: up to $4,000 per month
Location: Woodlands

Job Description:

• Plan shipments in SAP, prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.), and ensure LC compliance.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with forwarders (vessel, flight, truck, courier) and provide updates to Customer Care / affiliates.
• Apply for Certificates of Origin, Insurance, and other export documents based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas affiliates on order fulfillment, drop shipments, and document flow.
• Verify freight invoices, support audits, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in shipment coordination, export documentation, or logistics operations will be an added advantage
• Good to be familiar with SAP system, Letter of Credit (LC) handling, and international shipping processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
