Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of Mandai’s destination marketing strategy and establishment of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve (MWR) as a globally iconic and world-leading integrated wildlife precinct
- Steward our destination brand the MWR, providing brand guardianship and strategic marketing direction
- Lead international go-to-market campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate deep understanding of consumers across the region, drives action to visit the MWR and contribute to attendance, revenue and yield KPIs
- Forge partnerships with government and commercial stakeholders in key global markets to achieve both strategic and commercial destination marketing goals
- Collaborate with our creative agency, production houses and in-house design team to craft compelling campaigns and creative assets
- Partner with our media agency to strategise, execute and optimise paid media efforts
- Thrive in a collaborative environment working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring key campaigns and projects to life across earned, owned and paid marketing
- Take charge of projects from start to fruition - from planning, budgeting and meeting deadlines to contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting, showcasing quality outputs and outcomes
- Embark on special projects that challenge and inspire you to reach new heights
- Champion our quest for international recognition and excellence through awards & accolades
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Highly motivated individual with at least 10 years of international or regional marketing experience, ideally in the dynamic domains of Tourism or Hospitality
- Demonstrated ability in brand building, social-first integrated marketing, project management and budget management
- Proven capability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, purposeful environment
- Exhibit confidence, creativity, and boundless energy, complemented by impeccable interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Successfully managed media and creative agencies in earlier roles
- Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organised
- Thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in a third language (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) would be an asset
