About the Role
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for security technology?
We’re looking for a Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team and support the smooth operations of integrated security solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in security systems, electronics, or IT, who enjoys both fieldwork and technical support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection Systems
Provide technical support and customer service to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Interpret technical diagrams, SOPs, and wiring schematics
Perform regular maintenance and inspections, and respond to fault calls
Ensure all systems are protected from potential cyber threats
Support backend administration and project management for system deployments
Assist in equipment preparation, installation planning, and vendor coordination
Maintain accurate service documentation and incident reports
Verify vendor quotations to support procurement and logistics functions
Adhere to all workplace safety and health requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2–5 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining security systems
Familiar with systems like Milestone, HIK, or Dahua
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
Experience with system integration and cloud-based security platforms
Able to read electrical schematics and perform power-related troubleshooting
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) are a plus
Project coordination or management experience is an advantage
Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
