QC Inspector | $2,000 - $2,700 + $110 Allowance + VB

• 5 days work week - Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:15pm 

• Working Location: Tuas Ave 

Responsible

• Hardness check, drift check, size, condition of material during incoming inspection

• Finished dimension check, stamping and hardness inspection during final inspection

• First piece inspection during in process machining operation

• Verification of measurement on jobs during in-process machining operation

• Compile inspection data into ITP or FIR

• Raise incident report for any defects during inspection

• Assist in the filling of routing sheet for traceability and retrieval

• Verify customer return defects

• Provide assistance to Quality Engineer on Incident Reports verification

• Responsible for gauge setting and verification for production

Requirements

• Knowledge of measuring instrument & hardness tester

• Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation

• Minimum 1 year experience in metal working industry
