Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow our key customer accounts while ensuring smooth execution of sales and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills with hands-on experience in trade execution, promoter coordination, and campaign implementation. This role plays a vital part in strengthening client relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering service excellence across retail touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Sales Support

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Support account retention and growth through excellent service and execution

  • Coordinate sales orders, stock allocation, and timely delivery to customers

  • Track and analyze sales performance, promotions, and retail sell-out data to identify growth opportunities

Retail Operations & Execution

  • Ensure in-store merchandising and displays are executed according to brand guidelines

  • Manage and monitor promoter schedules, attendance, and performance reports

  • Resolve operational challenges related to stock availability, retail execution, or staffing issues

  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock replenishment

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Assist in the rollout of trade promotions, new product launches, and retail campaigns for key accounts

  • Conduct store audits, support promoter recruitment, and assist with training initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and supply chain) to deliver best-in-class retail execution


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, sales operations, or FMCG retail management

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience managing field teams or promoters is an advantage

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills will be a plus
