1. Financial & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly consolidation packages and Group consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with SFRS/IFRS.
Draft statutory financial statements, including notes and disclosures, ensuring adherence to SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements.
Review and analyze management accounts submitted by corporate and regional subsidiaries.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support half-year and year-end audit activities, liaising with external auditors to address queries and ensure smooth completion.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
Partner with department heads in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts for the Group.
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights based on consolidated financial data.
Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts and financial planning activities.
3. Process & Systems Improvement
Develop, refine, and implement consolidation policies, procedures, and reporting templates.
Support automation and standardisation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
4. Regional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting.
Provide guidance, training, and support to Finance and Accounts Executives.
Participate in ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; ACCA or CA qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, with hands-on consolidation exposure.
Prior audit experience required; experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IFRS.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions and regions.
