• Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work.

• Provide administrative support.

• Handling phone calls, filling.

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating operation work processes and work plans.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O or N Level.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel and outlook, MYOB)

• Meticulous and well organized person.

• Initiative and possess good communication skills.

• At least 1 year of working experience is preferred.

• Immediate starters preferred.
