The IT Product/Application Lifecycle Coordinator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Information Management (IM) products and applications—from conception to retirement. This role ensures effective coordination of multi-functional teams (MFTs) to support product development, deployment, and operations, while maintaining high service standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include liaising with business units across Singapore and Europe, providing hands-on support for local IT warehouse systems, monitoring service performance, and promoting digital transformation. The role also involves educating stakeholders on agile and waterfall methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation within the IM team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field

• 5+ years in IT operations or support

• ITIL Foundation certified

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with logistics and contact center technologies
